Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. 20. PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Online Scheduling
eLife Enterprises, llc uses scheduling software where you can directly book sessions once you have booked your coaching program.
Acuity Scheduling Software
As an additional service to our clients, we use Acuity Scheduling Software. By setting up an appointment through this system, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions https://acuityscheduling.com/tos.php and Privacy Policy https://acuityscheduling.com/privacy.php of Acuity Scheduling Software. If you do not wish to use this service or agree with its terms, please contact us for bookings on drlori@drloriebert.com
Payment
As a service to our clients we offer credit card payment via Stripe which makes you subject to the Terms and Conditions of Stripe. eLife Enterprises, llc processes online payment information for each order, but we do not store payment information on our own servers. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via our e-commerce provider which is connected to the payment provider Stripe. All personal information collected for an order is exclusively used for the fulfillment of that order and to further manage our customer relationship with you. All standard terms of Stripe use can be found here https://stripe.com/de/terms.
For online memberships, trainings or paid webinars, payment is processed through Stripe via either Acuity Scheduling or Mighty Networks. All standard terms of Mighty Networks use can be found here https://www.mightynetworks.com. If you do not wish to use Mighty Networks for the transaction, please refrain from purchase. No other payment modalities are available for online trainings & paid webinars.
Refund Policy
eLife Enterprises, llc private coaching sessions and programs come with a “no refund policy”. All programs purchased are final sales and no refunds will be issued. For e-courses or online programs/ paid webinars all sales are final and there are no refunds available.
Cancellation Policy for Sextacular® School & Events
1) Early Cancel: Clients can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of a in-person class/event and get fully reimbursed (or can use that payment for a future class). For Zoom classes all sales are final.
2) Late Cancel: If a Client cancels less than 24 hours prior to their class/event, there is no refund. Please let us know in advance so your space can be given to someone on the waiting list. For Zoom classes all sales are final.
3) No Show: For in-person and Zoom classes. If a client doesn’t show up or doesn’t cancel ahead of time, there is no refund. For in-person classes, please try to warn us ahead of time so we can give the space to someone on the waiting list.
We understand that emergencies happen and will take them into consideration if such circumstances arise. Lori C. Ebert, or eLife Enterprises, llc reserves the right to cancel the session or class ahead of time if an emergency arises.
Cancellation of Coaching Appointments
For private coaching sessions, please give Lori C. Ebert, 24-hours notice (acceptable text) to avoid $50 fee and so she can fit in another client. Confirmation of cancellation has to be provided by Lori C. Ebert or scheduling email to be deemed accepted.
Cancellation of Sextacular® School
If you cancel the training program a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the start of the program, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. If cancellation occurs after 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the program, no refund will be issued. The Sextacular® School reserves the right to cancel trainings due to low enrollment or to adjust the training dates based on COVID government restrictions.
